Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Daytime Hours

Schedule: Part-Time | Daytime Hours
Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Little Steps by Liam ABA is a BCBA-owned and operated ABA agency providing individualized, compassionate services to children and families throughout New Jersey. We are looking for a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team and provide services to clients in Roxbury, NJ during daytime hours.

This is a great opportunity for a BCBA looking to add consistent daytime hours to their schedule while working with a small, supportive agency where clinical quality comes first.

Responsibilities:

Provide BCBA supervision and clinical oversight for ABA cases.
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Develop and modify skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
Analyze client data and make data-driven treatment decisions.
Provide ongoing supervision and training to behavior technicians.
Conduct parent/caregiver training.
Collaborate with families, staff, and other members of the treatment team.
Complete required clinical documentation in a timely manner.
Maintain ethical and professional standards in accordance with BACB requirements.

Qualifications:

Current BCBA certification.
Current New Jersey LBA license or eligibility to obtain/maintain licensure.
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
Experience working with children with autism and developmental disabilities.
Strong communication, organization, and clinical decision-making skills.
Reliable transportation to Union City, NJ.
