Location: Union City, NJ
Schedule: Part-Time | Daytime Hours
Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Little Steps by Liam ABA is a BCBA-owned and operated ABA agency providing individualized, compassionate services to children and families throughout New Jersey. We are looking for a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team and provide services to clients in Roxbury, NJ during daytime hours.

This is a great opportunity for a BCBA looking to add consistent daytime hours to their schedule while working with a small, supportive agency where clinical quality comes first.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide BCBA supervision and clinical oversight for ABA cases.
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Develop and modify skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
  • Analyze client data and make data-driven treatment decisions.
  • Provide ongoing supervision and training to behavior technicians.
  • Conduct parent/caregiver training.
  • Collaborate with families, staff, and other members of the treatment team.
  • Complete required clinical documentation in a timely manner.
  • Maintain ethical and professional standards in accordance with BACB requirements.

Qualifications:
  • Current BCBA certification.
  • Current New Jersey LBA license or eligibility to obtain/maintain licensure.
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
  • Experience working with children with autism and developmental disabilities.
  • Strong communication, organization, and clinical decision-making skills.
  • Reliable transportation to Union City, NJ.
