Little Steps by Liam ABA is a newly established, clinic and in home-based ABA provider dedicated to helping children with autism reach their fullest potential through compassionate, evidence-based care.

Founded by two experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)—Jessica Kay, MS, LBA and Heidi Gebhard, MS, LBA—our mission is to provide individualized therapy in a warm, supportive, and engaging environment where children, families, and staff feel valued.

We are seeking compassionate, energetic, and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team. As an RBT, you will work one-on-one with young children with autism, implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a collaborative team that prioritizes quality therapy, professional growth, and meaningful relationships with children and families.

 Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in our clinic or home settings

 Implement individualized behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs

 Collect accurate session data using electronic data collection software

 Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs

 Maintain a positive, engaging, and therapeutic learning environment

 Communicate professionally with families and team members

 Follow all ethical and clinical standards established by the BACB

Required

 Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or willing to obtain

 High School Diploma or GED

 Reliable transportation

 Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred

 Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities

 Associates or Bachelors degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education, ABA, or a related field

 Supportive BCBA supervision and mentorship
