Little Steps by Liam ABA is a newly established, clinic and in home-based ABA provider dedicated to helping children with autism reach their fullest potential through compassionate, evidence-based care. Founded by two experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)—Jessica Kay, MS, LBA and Heidi Gebhard, MS, LBA—our mission is to provide individualized therapy in a warm, supportive, and
engaging environment where children, families, and staff feel valued.

Position Summary:
We are seeking compassionate, energetic, and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team. As an RBT, you will work one-on-one with young children with autism, implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in our clinic or home settings.
  • Implement individualized behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs.
  • Collect accurate session data using electronic data collection software.
  • Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs.
  • Maintain a positive, engaging, and therapeutic learning environment.
  • Communicate professionally with families and team members.
  • Follow all ethical and clinical standards established by the BACB.

Qualifications:
Required:
  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred:
  • Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education, ABA, or a related field.
